The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Access to and use of the eu303 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. eu303 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. eu303 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement; eu303 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the eu303 Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through eu303's responsible gaming tools or imposed by eu303 due to prior misconduct.
• Own Funds: You must only wager funds that belong to you and are not derived from any criminal activity. Depositing or wagering the proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

To access eu303's full product range, you are required to register a personal Account. The registration process and ongoing account management are governed by the following terms:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number. eu303 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. eu303 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify eu303 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. eu303 will take all reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification.
• Identity Verification (KYC): eu303 applies a Know Your Customer verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where payment methods are involved — documentation confirming ownership of the payment instrument used. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account to any third party. eu303 reserves the right to close accounts that are found to have been transferred.

All financial transactions on the eu303 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• eu303 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS.
• Minimum deposit amounts and specific processing windows may vary by payment method and are displayed in the eu303 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned (minus any applicable processing fees) and possible account suspension.
• eu303 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which eu303 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in the eu303 cashier, typically within minutes to a few business hours for e-wallet channels and up to one business day for bank transfer channels.
• eu303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the eu303 cashier and are subject to change at eu303's discretion.
• eu303 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

eu303 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been converted to withdrawable real-money balance within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Detection of such patterns will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any associated winnings.
• Offer Modification: eu303 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the eu303 Platform, across all product verticals including the sportsbook, live casino, slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Fish Shooting, Andar Bahar, and all other games:

• Wager Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the eu303 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, except where eu303 expressly provides an in-play cash-out or cancellation feature for a specific market.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a wager, eu303 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. eu303 will not honour payouts arising from obvious errors in odds, game payouts, or jackpot displays caused by technical malfunction.
• Sportsbook Specifics: All sports bets are settled in accordance with eu303's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately. eu303 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, and adjust odds at any time in response to market integrity concerns, including suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• Game Fairness: All RNG-based games (slots, virtual games, specialty games) are certified by independent testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eu303 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via eu303.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that grants an undue financial advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or abuse of promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts or eu303's internal systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses eu303 staff or other users of the Platform.

All content on the eu303 Platform — including but not limited to the eu303 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of eu303 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eu303 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component; use eu303's trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of eu303's intellectual property rights will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

eu303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eu303 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and other technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is entirely impenetrable, and eu303 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

eu303 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services and fulfil legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu303's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to eu303 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eu303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the eu303 Platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, or data loss affecting the Platform.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawal transactions.
• Your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any Force Majeure event as defined in clause 1 of this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits eu303's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting eu303 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated payment method after completion of applicable security and AML checks. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by eu303: eu303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Detection of any prohibited conduct as described in clause 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Business or operational decisions by eu303, including the cessation of services in a particular market.

In the event of termination by eu303 for reasons other than Player misconduct, any real-money balance held in the Account will be returned to the Player's last known payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any required security checks.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law, as applied under the jurisdiction of eu303's international licensing authority.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

eu303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of any amendment.

Your continued use of the eu303 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.
